A video editor needed to help with video editing/filming
Are you a social media creator? Do you enjoy editing videos? Do you want to make a difference using your creative skills? CAYP is looking for you.
This is a great opportunity to volunteer in a human rights campaign and build your portfolio with a global campaign. The ideal candidate will be able to speak French and English and have an interest in human rights issues and developing content for social media. This is a temporary role until september 2022
WHO WE ARE
The Congolese Action Youth Platform (CAYP) is a self-funded small community group made up of individuals campaigning for the recognition of the Genocide in the Democratic Republic of Congo under the campaign #Genocost. The CAYP also works on supporting and promoting cultural events and initiatives within the Congolese community.

REQUIREMENTS
-Experience/skills: Video editing/Social media content creation.
-Able to produce short content for social media platforms.
-Edit and annotate videos
– it would be beneficial to understand French and English as we produce content for both languages.
-Minimum of 2 to 3 hours weekly for a period of 4 months.
-Reliable
-Able to communicate effectively with the team.
